Her firm provides training in topics such as supply chain management, strategic procurement, and supply chain planning. She is also a certified trainer and senior consultant at the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) as well as at the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
Prior to founding her firm, Eddy held senior leadership positions in supply chain management at Motorola, Inc. where she served as Director of Motorola University Asia Pacific Supply Chain Institute. She has worked and provided professional training and coaching for over 50 clients in Asia, including GE China, Huawei, Disney Asia, HP Singapore, DHL, and Chinese listed wine company YangHe on topics such as supply chain management, strategic procurement, and supply chain planning. Eddy is also a guest lecturer at the Antai Business School-CLGO (China Leaders For Global Operations) program at the Shanghai JiaoTong University, where she taught MBA students about strategic procurement and supply chain planning and her work there helped her win the CLGO Outstanding Support Award in 2017.
Eddy also served as Director and Principal of Motorola University Asia Pacific Supply Chain Institute. She led the supply chain talent competencies development programs, provided training in supply chain topics such as lean deployment, inventory and materials management and quality IQ ect for the internal Motorola team and external clients like Chinese consumer electronics company Haier, agriculture company Syngenta and Yum, the owner of KFC and Pizza Hut.
While serving as Director of Asia Electronics Manufacturing Service Providers (EMS) Operations, Motorola Integrated Supply Chain, Eddy lead the Motorola EMS operations team in Asia and managing the EMS partners, including companies such as Flextronics, Foxconn and BYD. She oversaw the management of EMS operations, which involved managing delivery, quality levels, inventories and achieving cost savings, and her team managing a US$2 billion annual outsourcing spend for Motorola.
Eddy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from the Civil Aviation University of China, a Master of Business Administration from the Olin Business School of Washington in St Louis.
