Mandy is an organization and leadership transformation psychologist passionate about building great leaders who lead deep change that truly matters. Change: Working with leaders to transform their organization culture, recognizing that conventional change management approaches do not work for shifting complex adaptive human systems.

At ING, as the Global Head of Talent, and the Head of People Strategy & Innovation, her results included a new agile leadership brand and a custom program to develop agile and creative leadership capabilities, a transformed performance management approach, joint values & behaviors co-created with employees, and a restructured Leadership Council consisting of the top 40 leaders, all driving the goal of an innovative culture and an agile way of working.
