Stephen (Steve) Hevesi brings 20+ years of expertise as a CPG executive in Brazil and Latin America, 10 years as an Innovation advisor using Design Thinking as a framework and 7 years as an executive coach. As an Alliance Partner with Aligned Growth Partners, LLC. Steve uses his expertise to coach and advice executives with  privately-held, public entity, and publicly-listed businesses.

His corporate background encompasses sales, marketing and general management expertise in CPG companies. As a consultant he has worked with CPG companies, service industries and Universities. He has coached numerous executives in Fortune 500 companies as well as middle market business owners.

As an executive coach Steve is dedicated to developing business executives’   leadership skills, work performance and self-confidence. His main areas of interest are in leadership, business strategy, personal branding, innovation, and change management.

Steve earned his MBA in International Business from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and  his BA in Communications and BS in Marketing management from Syracuse University. He is also an ICF certified coach (ACC).

Born in Peru, Steve was exposed to a diverse and international cultural background from an early age. He moved to Brazil at the age of 10 and has also lived in France and the U.S.
